Depuis des années je visite régulièrement le cabinet d’Aude Danaux pour des séances de réflexologie plantaire et j'en suis pleinement ravi. Dès les premières minutes, on ressent une profonde sensation de détente et un relâchement total des tensions. Aude est à l'écoute, professionnelle et d'une grande bienveillance. Chaque séance est un véritable moment hors du temps qui apporte un soulagement agréable du stress journalier et de la fatigue. L’accompagnement d’Aude est parfait, bienveillant et vous fait définitivement progresser. Faire cette thérapie est la garantie de découvrir des vérités qu’on pressentait et mieux comprendre les blocages que l’on traîne depuis trop longtemps.

I have been seeing Aude for reflexo-therapy for about 12 months now. She has helped me greatly to gain insight into myself, to reflect on my current behaviours and explore what drives me. We have also started exploring family relationships and the possibility of how certain behaviors and thought processes could have been inherited from previous generations. It is a fascinating subject.
She is extremely intuitive, highly empathetic, very compassionate and approaches the therapy in a very gentle, sensitive and thought provoking way. I come out of each session feeling on the one hand lighter and on the other hand full of questions which I had previously not considered. Under Aude’s guidance, I have embarked on a personal journey of growth, self exploration, and self reflection. I can’t wait to see where it leads me! I only wish I could see her more often, each visit leaves me wanting more! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
